Work

Proof by build, not by promise

The work is shown the way Halsamer would prove it to a company: one outcome first, one bounded preview, honest labels, and a person in charge of every step.

Everything on this page is synthetic and illustrative: invented scenarios and local previews, with no real company, record, or measured outcome behind any of them.

Primary evidence

One workflow, opened from source to review

An inspectable illustration of the single-workflow design this site is built around: a source document, a structured draft, and a human review that marks corrections. Everything below is synthetic and static.

Illustration only: synthetic material made by the team to explain the design. It is not a client outcome, not a working demo, and not proof that any product is ready to use.

Design illustration · v1 · 2026-09-08

Read the three panels in order. Every line is authored and static: the source document is invented, the draft cites the source line each value came from, and the review marks one quantity that a person corrected by hand.

1 · One allowed sample

Source document

Fictional source note: invented for this illustration, not a real supplier order — no file was read, received, or processed.

  • Document: "Supplier order note — example only"
  • Line A: "Item — steel brackets"
  • Line B: "Packaging — sold in packs of five"
  • Line C: "Quantity — written by hand as five-zero (spacing unclear)"
  • Line D: "Delivery window — mid-September"

The input stays one invented sample document; nothing outside it is read or processed.

2 · Source-labelled output

Structured record draft

Draft fields below keep the source line each value came from; the unclear quantity stays marked, not silently resolved.

  • Item — "steel brackets" — from line A
  • Pack size — "packs of five" — from line B
  • Quantity — "fifty packs" — from line C, yet the source reads five-zero, which could mean five or fifty
  • Delivery window — "mid-September" — from line D

Every value names the source line it came from; the ambiguous quantity stays visible for the review step.

3 · Correction before use

Human review

Manual review mapping: a person checks each draft value against the source line it cites and marks the change on the draft.

  • Item — from line A — matches the source — no change
  • Pack size — from line B — matches the source — no change
  • Quantity — from line C — drafted "fifty packs" but the source is unclear — corrected by hand to "five packs, pending supplier confirmation"
  • Delivery window — from line D — matches the source — no change

Corrected by hand

Every corrected value keeps its source line and its reason; nothing here records or stores the approval.

A second example

Shape a sample brief in your own browser

The local preview builder asks three plain questions — the problem, the current process, and the outcome wanted — then lets you review, change, or clear every answer before a summary is created in the tab.

The three questions

  1. The problem you want to fix
  2. How the process works today
  3. What a good outcome looks like

How the local preview behaves

  • Answers stay in the open tab; nothing is sent to Halsamer
  • Review and Change let you correct any answer before the summary
  • Copy and download start only when you choose the action
  • Clear removes the answers from the tab

A rule-based local questionnaire, not an AI product: filling it in shows no model output and proves no capability. The builder is a separate example from the workflow illustration above.

Local preview

Try the sample brief builder

The private consultation preview runs entirely on this site: three local, rule-based questions about one real operational problem produce a brief you can review and edit in ephemeral in-tab memory. It does not contact Halsamer. Clipboard/download only on explicit user action; browser restore/session behavior is outside page control.

Local preview only: rule-based and no AI model runs; no answer/form submission or contact occurs; form answers exist only in ephemeral in-tab memory and are not sent to Halsamer. Clipboard/download only on explicit user action; browser restore/session behavior is outside page control.
