AI Decision Analysis
A private decision-support workspace for the people who run a company. AI perspectives prepare each question; people make the call.
The workspace
A private decision-support workspace
Each question is examined from several perspectives at once — the roles a leadership team would cover — with every perspective grounded in the same approved knowledge.
Chief executive perspective
Tests fit with the company’s direction: what the company is trying to become, what it can take on now, and what should wait.
Chief technology perspective
Tests feasibility inside the company’s own systems: integration, operational risk, and what the work would require.
Chief marketing perspective
Tests how options sound from the outside: message, standing, and the customer’s point of view.
Chief financial perspective
Sets out costs, commitments, and trade-offs in plain terms, so the people in charge can weigh them.
Legal perspective
Flags questions that need real legal counsel and notes where rules apply. It is an aid for review, not a lawyer.
All perspectives read the same approved knowledge: the company sets the boundary, and gaps are named rather than invented.
Honest status
AI Decision Analysis
The three axes below come from the typed registry every public page reads: one capability at its planned state, nothing more.
- Stage
- concept design
- Availability
- not offered
- Proof
- design illustration
The capability stands at concept design: no document has been processed by this flow and no run has been measured. The capability reports no result; this page shows the direction above, not an operational result.
No evaluation is claimed here. The separate local synthetic demo is a reviewed step with its own labelled evidence; this page does not claim an operational result.
A local illustrative memo
Inspect the evidence before a decision
This fixed example uses synthetic controlled data. It shows source links, a conflict, an unknown, and a human stop—not an AI run or a recommendation service.
Question: should the team test a small workflow change?
Controlled source pack
- Source · process note: The current handoff is reviewed by one named owner.
- Source · synthetic tally: Some sample handoffs needed a correction.
Memo facts
- The sample contains fictional handoffs. [advisory-source-process-note]
- The proposed next step is a reviewable test, not an implementation. [advisory-source-synthetic-tally]
Conflict: The process note names one owner; the synthetic tally has unassigned rows. No owner is inferred.
Unknown / abstention: The sample does not show whether the change improves the real process. The memo abstains from an outcome claim.
Illustration only · synthetic data · buttons change local text only. No AI model, analytics, storage, integration, or submission runs here.
The method
One reviewable structure for every question
Each question is worked through the same five parts, so the reasoning can be checked before it travels.
Evidence
What the approved knowledge says about the question — and where it stays silent.
Assumptions
Working assumptions are stated openly, so they can be challenged early.
Risks
Downsides and risks sit beside the benefits instead of hiding after the conclusion.
Options
Several options are prepared with their trade-offs — never one pushed answer.
Next actions
Recommended next steps stay proposals until a person approves them.
Illustrative working method, shown for explanation. It promises no outcome, no pace, and no timeline.
The output
One decision memo per question
Each question closes into a decision memo: the question, the evidence, the assumptions, the risks, the options, and the recommended next actions — one reviewable document that the people in charge can approve, amend, or set aside.
The memo keeps the reasoning beside the result. It is decision support, not the decision: people decide, and the company stays accountable.
Honest status
A direction, not a standing service
This workspace is a design direction shown for consultation. It is not a live service, and it promises no results. The honest first step is one bounded pilot inside a private consultation, where the people in charge test whether the workspace helps their real decisions.
Conservative by design: this page states what the workspace would do — never what it has done.
Local preview
Try the sample brief builder
The private consultation preview runs entirely on this site: three local, rule-based questions about one real operational problem produce a brief you can review and edit in ephemeral in-tab memory. It does not contact Halsamer. Clipboard/download only on explicit user action; browser restore/session behavior is outside page control.
